The excitement was in the air again at the friendly confines of Brazos Valley Bank Ballpark as it was Kids Eat Free Night at the ballpark. The Coppell Copperheads pounded out 12 hits and Josh Thomason handcuffed the Bombers hitters all night long as the Bombers dropped their 4th straight game, 7-3. The Copperheads steadily built their lead and never looked back as they picked up the win.

After trailing 5-0 heading into the 6th inning, the Bombers seemed to be gaining momentum as they put together five hits to cut the gap to 5-3. Taylor Davis answered right back in the 7th inning with a screaming line drive that sailed over the fence to extend the Copperhead lead. The Bombers were never able to recover and wound up losing 7-3 to drop to 8-12 on the season.

The Bombers will be back at home against Coppell tomorrow on Margaritaville Wednesday! $2 Margaritas and $2 Landsharks will be available, so join the fun at Brazos Valley Bank Ballpark as the Bombers take on the Copperheads! Game time is set for 7:05 pm.
