Bryan/College Station, Texas – May 4, 2018 – The Brazos Valley Bombers are excited to announce the addition of Kyle Bergeron, Devon Wilson, and Casey Danley to the 2018 Brazos Valley Bombers roster.

Kyle Bergeron is a Sophomore Utility player for Incarnate Word. Bergeron has experience playing catcher, first base and third base for Incarnate Word this season and will play all over the diamond for the Bombers. Bergeron combines defensive versatility with a strong bat as he ranks among the team leaders in several offensive categories. Bergeron ranks as the team leader for Incarnate Word in home runs, RBIs, runs scored, and slugging percentage.

Devon Wilson is a Junior INF/OF for Southeastern Missouri, who has played multiple positions for SEMO, a role similar to the one he will have with the Bombers. Prior to attending SEMO, Wilson played at Mineral Area College, where he was one of the team’s top players. There he hit .342, while ranking second on the team in runs and third on the team in home runs. Wilson also showed great speed, stealing 19 bases last season. During his high school career at Stratford High School, Wilson hit .420 with 20 stolen bases as a Junior.

Casey Danley is a Junior 3B/OF for the Missouri Western State baseball team who has been the team’s top offensive player this season. This year, Danley has hit a team leading .335, 10 home runs, and slugged .568. He has combined his strong bat with quick speed as he ranks second on the team with 12 steals. Before attending Missouri Western State, Danley starred for Illinois Central, where he hit .412 with 6 home runs, 49 RBIs, and 34 steals.
