Designated hitter Logan Nottebrok went 9-for-17 with a .529 average in his first week with the Bombers.
Bryan-College Station, TX (June 23, 2014) – The Brazos Valley Bombers’ designated hitter Logan Nottebrok was awarded TCL Player of the Week honors Monday after going 9-for-17 with a .529 batting average in his first week with the team.
Nottebrok lead Texas A&M University with eight homeruns this spring and hit two in his Bombers debut on June 18 against the Victoria Generals, going 3-for-4 with three RBIs in his first TCL appearance.
Through five games, Nottebrok has accumulated a .941slugging percentage with seven runs scored and six RBIs, and is the second Bomber in as many weeks to be named player of the week by the league.
