On Friday, June 28, Bryan will be bursting with excitement as Roger “The Rocket” Clemens visits the Brazos Valley Bombers for one explosive evening. The event, which has been appropriately deemed “Roger Clemens Night,” is a first for the Bombers, who are currently ranked second in the nation among summer collegiate league teams.
To start the evening off right, the first 300 guests through the gates, which open at 6:00pm, will receive a free bobblehead doll of Roger Clemens dressed in the dazzling navy and gold Bombers uniform. After The Rocket blazes the trail with a first pitch, the Bombers will get underway to take on the Victoria Generals at 7:05pm. Guests are encouraged to enjoy delicious new concessions, including beer and margaritas, funnel cake fries, and footlong hot dogs, while letting the children explore the UPA Kidz Zone, featuring four giant inflatables, a batting cage, and toys and snacks galore. Immediately following the game fans are invited to stay and enjoy a spectacular, musical firework display.
