The Brazos Valley Bombers final Saturday Giveaways night is quickly approaching! This Saturday, the first 400 people in the gate will receive a Terrence Murphy Bobblehead as a part of Aggie Night at Brazos Valley Bank Ballpark.
Murphy starred as a wide receiver at Texas A&M University and was a second round selection by the Green Bay Packers in 2005. After his NFL career was cut short by an injury, Murphy worked as a coaching intern for the Packers briefly before returning back College Station where he has recently opened up a Play-N-Trade video game store.
Murphy will be joined by Texas A&M quarterback Jerrod Johnson, basketball star Nathan Walkup, national champion golf coach J.T. Higgins and TexAgs.com senior editor and KZNE radio host Billy Liucci in throwing out the first pitch.
In addition to all the festivities surrounding Aggie Night, fans who bring a Texas A&M ID to the game will receive $2 off their tickets.
