The Bombers fell behind in the third inning when the Generals scored on a wild pitch. But the Bombers responded in the top of the fourth when Ivan Estrella hit and RBI single to tie things up. The game went back and forth and was tied going into the eighth inning 3-3. The Bombers scores two runs in the eighth highlighted by another RBI single by Ivan Estrella.

Willy Amador got the start on the mound tonight and went three and two-thirds innings with four strikeouts before turning the game over to the bullpen which had a strong performance. Anthony Herrera got another save tonight coming in for the last five outs to close the door on the Generals.

The Bombers return home to Nutrabolt Stadium tomorrow night for a two game series versus the Texas Marshals. The Marshals are coming off a series loss to The Woodland Strykers the past two nights. First pitch is slated for 7:05 p.m.
