Host Family Program - Clutch Sports Group
This form is for the Bombers Baseball host family program. There are also some other cool perks as a thank you for hosting a player (or more):
Each summer, the Brazos Valley Bombers bring in college baseball players from across the country—and even around the world—to compete for the season.
We’re looking for host families to be a part of that experience and help give these players a place to call home while they’re in town.
Hosting runs from approximately late May (players arrive the last weekend of May) through early August.
As a host family, you’ll provide:
- A private bedroom
- Access to a washer and dryer
- Meals and snacks
- Clean linens and bedding
- A comfortable, welcoming environment
- Basic amenities such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning
We work directly with our players before they arrive to understand their preferences (pets, kids, allergies, etc.), and we carefully match each player with the right family to make it a great fit on both sides.
Host Family Perks for 2026:
- 1 Free Baseball Camp Registration ($129 value)
- Season Flex Pass for Bombers games (flexible access by request so you can attend the games that fit your schedule)
- Invitation to two (2) Host Family Private Events
- All-Inclusive Group Party Night at a Bombers game for your entire family
- Recognition on the field during a game
- A welcome gift at the start of the summer
Hosting is more than just providing a place to stay—it’s building relationships and being a part of a player’s journey for the season.
