During the top of the third inning, the National League’s Colorado Rockies will be batting against the American League representative, either the Cleveland Indians or the Boston Red Sox. If the American League squad strikes out the Rockies in order – that is, if the Indians or Red Sox strike out the first three Colorado batters in the third inning, with no passed balls or errors allowing a hitter to reach base – then one lucky winner will receive $25,000.
It’s that simple and that easy.
To enter, fans can stop by Brazos Valley Bank or Boston’s Pizza before Wednesday and fill out an entry blank. Entries can also be submitted online at bvbombers.com/worldseries/.
